5) Supplement With Vitamin E and C

You can take it as an oral capsule, or you can eat foods that are rich in vitamin E such as Sweet potatoes, almonds, and spinach.
On the other hand, vitamin C helps in boosting your white blood cells hence defending your body against invaders. Take a vitamin C capsule or eat foods that are rich in vitamin C like strawberries, kiwi, and grapefruits and of course, heal the cold sore.
6) Peppermint Oil
